Our office is in Deerfield, IL, just north of Chicago and is easily accessible from major Chicagoland expressways and the Metra is within walking distance. You’ll find plenty of shopping or dining options nearby, snacks onsite, and our “home-cooked” company lunches are undeniably amazing.

Our Casual Business Style

We’ve got a casual business style, and dog-friendly office. We offer a 4:1 hybrid work schedule for most positions.

Your colleagues are fun-loving, imaginative technical lovers-of-data. Employees have opportunities to learn the business, and new skills for career growth. Depending on your role, you might be working with external partners from mid-size companies on up to well-known Fortune 100 companies, brands and participants in the global supply chain.

Kleinschmidt has several after-work events each year to get to know your colleagues and enrich our team spirit, plus an annual (family welcome) picnic, and holiday dinner.

Community Outreach

Kleinschmidt has a “Helping Hands” program that looks for opportunities to organize employees in community outreach. In line with our company’s attention to personal care for our clients, we focus on charitable involvement that touches people’s lives in a way that is personal and celebrates uplifting the human spirit.

In 2022, Kleinschmidt Helping Hands and Wellness Warriors organized a team and fundraiser for the Chicagoland Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome awareness. In December, our Christmas holiday drive made a family’s holiday season brighter by partnering with Family Forward.
